WARRANTY PROVISIONS FOR

As manufacturer of the Super-Stop-A-Squirrel
TM
bird
Feeder, Apollo provides the following warranty to pur-
chaser of this product.
Apollo warrants that its Super Stop-A-Squirrel
TM
feeder is
free from defects in materials, and workmanship. This
warrant shall extend for a term of five years from the date
of its original purchase by the consumer.
Except for the limited warranty provided herein,
Apollo expressly excludes and disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied including, without limitation, any
implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a
particular purpose; and the limited warranty set forth
above is in lieu of any and all other obligations or liability
of Apollo. These exclusions may be modified by state law.
To qualify for this warranty, purchaser must complete
the warranty registration card and submit it to Apollo
within 14 days of the date of purchase. Also retain your
purchase invoice for use making warranty claims.

you have any questions about registering for warranty
protection or making a claim.
To make a warranty claim, purchaser must ship any
defective parts or the defective bird feeder postage pre-
paid to Apollo together with proof of purchase and a brief
description of the problem. Apollo will, at its option, repair
or replace all defective parts and/or the defective feeder.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstance will
Apollo be liable for any incidental or consequential dam-
age or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind
arising in connection with the use of or inability to use this
product. Apollo's maximum liability shall not exceed pur-
chaser's remedy which is limited to repair or replace-
ments of any defective parts or the product; and such
remedy shall be purchaser's entire exclusive remedy.
