• Remove the cover of the garage door controller
(see fig. 2).
• If required, remove the recess for the cable bush-
ings and run the cable at the rear to the connect-
ing terminals.
• Select a connection variant depending on your
installation conditions and connect the garage
door controller accordingly (see fig. 3-5).
• Press the Homematic IP Garage Door Controller
to the desired position on the wall. Make sure that
the screw holes(B) are at the top.
Make sure that no electricity or similar lines run in
the wall at this location!
• Use a pen to mark the positions of the two bore
holes with a distance of 67 mm on the wall (see
figure 6).
• Now drill the bore holes.
If you are working with a stone wall, drill the
marked two 5 mm holes and insert the plugs sup-
plied. If you are working with a wooden wall, you
can pre-drill 1.5mm holes to make screws easier
to insert.
