Changing battery
If the screws of the window handle are not long
enough, please purchase new screws at your re-
tailer that are 5 mm longer than the original ones.
If the square spindle does not reach into the win-
dow mechanism any more (window mechanism
does not move if the handle is operated), the
square can usually be pulled out a little.
6 Changing battery
If an empty battery is displayed via the app or the device
(see „7.4 Error codes and flashing sequences“ on page
39), replace the used battery by a new LR03/micro/AAA
battery. You must observe the correct battery polarity.
To replace the battery of the window handle sensor,
please proceed as follows:
• Remove the battery compartment cover (D) (see
figure 2).
• Remove the empty battery.
• Insert a new 1.5 V LR03/micro/AAA battery into
the battery compartment (E), making sure that it
is the right way round (see figure 7).
• Reattach the battery compartment cover.
• Please pay attention to the flashing signals of the
device LED while inserting the batteries (see „7.4 Er

ror codes and flashing sequences“ on page 39).
