Hinweise zur Anleitung 1 Hinweise zur Anleitung Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig, bevor Sie Ihre Homematic IP Geräte in Betrieb nehmen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf! Wenn Sie das Gerät anderen Personen zur Nutzung überlassen, übergeben Sie auch diese Anleitung. Benutzte Symbole: Achtung! Hier wird auf eine Gefahr hingewiesen. Hinweis. Dieser Abschnitt enthält zusätzliche wichtige Informationen! 2 Gefahrenhinweise Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht.
Gefahrenhinweise Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur in trockener sowie staubfreier Umgebung, setzen Sie es keinem Einfluss von Feuchtigkeit, Vibrationen, ständiger Sonnen- oder anderer Wärmeeinstrahlung, Kälte und keinen mechanischen Belastungen aus. Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug! Erlauben Sie Kindern nicht damit zu spielen. Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen. Plastikfolien/ -tüten, Styroporteile etc. können für Kinder zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.
Gefahrenhinweise Setzen Sie die Abdeckkappe nicht auf, wenn kein Schlüssel im Gerät eingesetzt ist. Beachten Sie beim Einsetzen bzw. Herausnehmen des Schlüssels und Aufsetzen der Abdeckkappe, dass der Lichtleiter der Systemtaste nicht beschädigt wird. Achten Sie beim Aufsetzen der Abdeckkappe darauf, dass der Lichtleiter gerade in die dafür vorgesehen Aussparung der Abdeckkappe fasst. Es besteht Bruchgefahr.
Funktion und Geräteübersicht 3 Funktion und Geräteübersicht Der Homematic IP Türschlosssensor erkennt zuverlässig, ob das Schloss der Haustür entriegelt oder verriegelt ist. Über die Homematic IP App ist es jederzeit möglich, den Status der Haustür zu überprüfen – egal ob zuhause oder unterwegs. Das steigert nicht nur den Komfort, sondern gibt Ihnen auch zu jeder Zeit ein sicheres Gefühl.

Allgemeine Systeminformationen Inbetriebnahme 4.1 Anlernen Bitte lesen Sie diesen Abschnitt erst vollständig, bevor Sie mit dem Anlernen beginnen. Setzen Sie die mitgelieferte Abdeckkappe erst nach abgeschlossener Inbetriebnahme auf! Richten Sie zunächst Ihren Homematic IP Access Point über die Homematic IP App ein, um weitere Homematic IP Geräte im System nutzen zu können. Weitere Informationen dazu finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung des Access Points.
Allgemeine Systeminformationen • • Wählen Sie den Menüpunkt „Gerät anlernen“ aus. Legen Sie die beiliegende 3 V CR2032 Batterie polungsrichtig in das Batteriefach (D) ein (s. Abbildung 2). Der Anlernmodus ist für 3 Minuten aktiv. Sie können den Anlernmodus manuell für weitere 3 Minuten starten, indem Sie die Systemtaste (E) kurz drücken (s. Abbildung 3). • • • • • • • • Das Gerät erscheint automatisch in der Homematic IP App.
Allgemeine Systeminformationen 4.2 Montagevoraussetzungen Die Montage erfolgt ganz einfach durch Einsetzen des vorhandenen Schlüssels in den Türschlosssensor. Durch die universelle Konstruktion passt der Türschlosssensor auf alle gängigen Schlüsseltypen für Zylinderschlösser. Der Türschlosssensor ist ebenfalls für Mehrfachverriegelungen geeignet. Setzen Sie nur Schließzylinder mit Not- und Gefahrenfunktion ein.
Allgemeine Systeminformationen folgt vor: • Lösen Sie die Schrauben (C) zum Öffnen der Schlüsselklemme (A) soweit, dass Sie Ihren Schlüssel einfach hineinschieben können (s. Abbildung 5). • Stecken Sie den Schlüssel vollständig in die Schlüsselklemme (s. Abbildung 6). • Ziehen Sie die Schrauben wieder soweit an, dass der Türschlosssensor fest auf dem Schlüssel sitzt (s. Abbildung 7). Die Schrauben sollten nicht zu fest angezogen werden. Das empfohlene Anzungsmoment beträgt 0.5 Nm.
Batterie wechseln • Zur korrekten Erkennung der Endlagen des Schließzylinders, muss der Türschlosssensor im Schloss erst vollständig entriegelt (mit Schlossfalle) und bis zum Anschlag verriegelt werden. Durch alle weiteren Einstellungen zur Inbetriebnahme des Türschlosssensors werden Sie Schritt für Schritt in der Homematic IP App geführt. • Sie können den Schlüssel mit dem Türschlosssensor nun wie gewohnt zum Ent- oder Verriegeln drehen (s. Abbildung 11).
Batterie wechseln hen Sie wie folgt vor: • Ziehen Sie die Abdeckung des Türschlosssensors ab (s. Abbildung 12). Tipp: Die Abdeckkappe lässt sich leichter abziehen, wenn der Schlüssel nicht in der Neutralposition ist. • • • • Entnehmen Sie die leere Batterie. Legen Sie eine neue 3 V CR2032 Batterie polungsrichtig in das Batteriefach (D) ein (s. Abbildung 2). Achten Sie nach dem Einlegen der Batterie auf die Blinkfolgen der LED (E) (s. „6.4 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen“ auf Seite 24).
Fehlerbehebung Verbrauchte Batterien gehören nicht in den Hausmüll! Entsorgen Sie diese in Ihrer örtlichen Batteriesammelstelle! 6 Fehlerbehebung 6.1 Schwache Batterie Wenn es der Spannungswert zulässt, ist der Türschlosssensor auch bei niedriger Batteriespannung betriebsbereit. Je nach Beanspruchung kann evtl. nach kurzer Erholungszeit der Batterie wieder mehrfach gesendet werden. Bricht beim Senden die Spannung wieder zusammen, wird dies in der Homematic IP App und am Gerät angezeigt (s. „6.
Fehlerbehebung 6.3 Duty Cycle Der Duty Cycle beschreibt eine gesetzlich geregelte Begrenzung der Sendezeit von Geräten im 868 MHz-Bereich. Das Ziel dieser Regelung ist es, die Funktion aller im 868 MHz-Bereich arbeitenden Geräte zu gewährleisten. In dem von uns genutzten Frequenzbereich 868 MHz beträgt die maximale Sendezeit eines jeden Geräts 1 % einer Stunde (also 36 Sekunden in einer Stunde). Die Geräte dürfen bei Erreichen des 1 %-Limits nicht mehr senden, bis diese zeitliche Begrenzung vorüber ist.

Wiederherstellung der Werkseinstellungen 7 Wiederherstellung der Werkseinstellungen Die Werkseinstellungen des Geräts können wiederhergestellt werden. Dabei gehen alle Einstellungen verloren. Um die Werkseinstellungen des Geräts wiederherzustellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: • Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach (D), indem Sie die Abdeckkappe (B) abziehen (s. Abbildung 12). Tipp: Die Abdeckkappe lässt sich leichter abziehen, wenn der Schlüssel nicht in der Neutralposition ist.
Wartung und Reinigung 8 Wartung und Reinigung Das Gerät ist für Sie bis auf einen eventuell erforderlichen Batteriewechsel wartungsfrei. Überlassen Sie eine Reparatur einer Fachkraft. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, sauberen, trockenen und fusselfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine lösemittelhaltigen Reinigungsmittel, das Kunststoffgehäuse und die Beschriftung können dadurch angegriffen werden.

Information about this manual 1 Information about this manual Please read this manual carefully before operating your Homematic IP components. Hazard information The device may only be operated in dry and dustfree environment and must be protected from the effects of moisture, vibrations, solar or other methods of heat radiation, cold and mechanical loads. The device is not a toy; do not allow children to play with it. Do not leave packaging material lying around. Plastic films/bags, pieces of polystyrene, etc. can be dangerous in the hands of a child.
Hazard information Do not put on the cover if there is no key inserted in the device. Make sure that the light guide is not damaged when inserting or removing the key and attaching the cover. When attaching the cover, make sure that the light guide is positioned straight in the respective cap recess. Otherwise, there is a risk of a break. The device may only be operated within a domestic environment, in business and trade areas as well as in small enterprises.
Function and device overview 3 Function and device overview The Homematic IP Door Lock Sensor reliably detects whether the house door lock is engaged or not. The status of the house door can be checked at any time via the Homematic IP app - regardless of whether you are home or not. This not only makes things easier for you, but also provides you with a feeling of security at all times. The door lock sensor is a universal application and compatible with most common keys and standard lock cylinders.

Start-up 5 5.1 Start-up Teaching-in Please read this entire section before starting the teach-in procedure. Only attach the supplied cover after the device has been put into operation! First set up your Homematic IP Access Point via the Homematic IP app to enable operation of other Homematic IP devices within your system. For further information, please refer to the operating manual of the Access Point.
Start-up • • phone. Select the menu item “Teach-in device”. Correctly insert the included 3 V CR2032 battery into the battery compartment (D) (s. figure 2). Teach-in mode remains activated for 3 minutes. You can manually start the teach-in mode for another 3 minutes by pressing the system button (E) briefly (see figure 3). • • • • • • • • 38 Your device will automatically appear in the Homematic IP app.
Start-up 5.2 Installation requirements Installation is easy by simply inserting the available key into the door lock sensor. Because of its universal design, the door lock sensor fits in all common key types for cylinder locks. The door lock sensor is also suited for multi-point locking. Only use lock cylinders with an emergency and hazard functionality. These can be locked and unlocked from the outside using a second key whether or not a key is inserted on the inside.
Start-up • • Insert the key completely into the key clamp (s. figure 6). Retighten the screws so that the door lock sensor fits securely on the key (s. figure 7). However, the screws should not be tightened too much. The recommended tightening torque is 0.5 Nm. • Insert the key together with the door lock sensor into the key hole (s. figure 8). Make sure that you can read the “TOP” lettering.
Changing battery • You can now turn the key with the door lock sensor to lock and unlock as normal (s. figure 11). If the door lock sensor will be used in another lock/another door or the sensor was removed from the lock, you need to repeat the process once of inserting the sensor in the lock and then completely locking and unlocking (with the lock latch). 6 Changing battery When a dead battery is displayed in the app and/or on the device (s. “7.
Changing battery • • After inserting the battery, note the flashing signals of the LED (E) (s. “7.4 Error codes and flashing sequences” on page 45). Reattach the cover. Once the battery has been inserted, the door lock sensor will perform a self-test (approx. 2 seconds). Afterwards, initialisation is carried out. The LED test display will indicate that initialisation is complete by lighting up orange and green. Caution! There is a risk of explosion if the battery is not replaced correctly.
Troubleshooting 7 Troubleshooting 7.1 Weak battery Provided that the voltage value permits it, the door lock sensor will also remain ready for operation if the battery voltage is low. Depending on the particular load, it may be possible to send transmissions again repeatedly, once the batteries have been allowed a brief recovery period. If the voltage drops too far during transmission, this will be displayed on the device or via the Homematic IP app (see “7.
Troubleshooting 7.3 Duty cycle The duty cycle is a legally regulated limit of the transmission time of devices in the 868 MHz range. The aim of this regulation is to safeguard the operation of all devices working in the 868 MHz range. In the 868 MHz frequency range we use, the maximum transmission time of any device is 1% of an hour (i.e. 36 seconds in an hour). Devices must cease transmission when they reach the 1% limit until this time restriction comes to an end.

Maintenance and cleaning 9 Maintenance and cleaning The device does not require you to carry out any maintenance other than replacing the battery when necessary. Enlist the help of an expert to carry out any repairs. Clean the device using a soft, lint-free cloth that is clean and dry. Do not use any detergents containing solvents, as they could corrode the plastic housing and label.
