Before contacting an authorised service centre
Check the following before contacting an authorised service centre:
• Check that the power supply plug is correctly plugged into the mains socket. If not,
remove it, wait 10 seconds and then plug it in.
• Check if the circuit breaker has tripped. If everything seems ne, test the socket by
plugging in and switching on another appliance.
• Check that you have selected the correct preparation and set the preparation time.
• Check that the door is properly opened. Otherwise, the oven cannot be started.
IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT LISTED ABOVE OR PERSISTS, TURN OFF THE
MICROWAVE OVEN, UNPLUG THE POWER PLUG FROM THE POWER OUTLET AND
CONTACT AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO REPAIR OR
MODIFY THE MICROWAVE OVEN. THE OVEN DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY PARTS
SERVICEABLE BY THE USER.
