Raise & Lower Plow (manual lift)
To raise the plow, lift plow by handle to the manual latch rung lock and then
lower. This will lock the plow in the raised position. Then add safety pin.
To lower the plow, lift the plow by the handle up past the manual latch rung
lock and then lower to the ground. The manual latch rung lock works just like
an extension ladder.
