A-Frame to Pivot Bar Assembly

Parts Needed: R, S

PLOW ASSEMBLY

Attach the long Spring Arms (I)

to Pivot Bar (R) using two

3/8-16 x 1" and 3/8-16 Locknuts.

Snug fasteners using a 9/16"

box wrench and a 9/16"

ratchet wrench.

NOTE: The Pivot Bar and

Spring Arms should be

able to hinge.

Align A-frame (N) to Pivot Bar (R)

and insert one 5/8-11 x 3-1/2"

and 5/" locknut. Snug fasteners

using a 15/16" box wrench and a

15/16" ratchet wrench.

NOTE: The Pivot Bar and

A-Frame should be able

to hinge.

Insert one hinge pin thru A-frame (N) and Pivot Bar

(R) to lock the plow straight. This can be removed

for auto angling or installed for xing the plow

straight or to the left and right angle.

If you have the manual lift plow (Models 23100/23150) continue to Step 12; for electric lift models (23200/23250) go to step 24.
