OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Unpacking and checking
Removeallpackagingandchecktheappliancefordamage.•
Do not use the appliance if it is damaged in any way. Bring it back to the dealer immediately.•
Mounting the wall bracket
The wall bracket for the stick blender should be mounted on a suitable wall by qualified personnel •
only.
Check if there are any cords or piping at the location where you would like to mount the wall bracket. •
Use a cable detector. Choose another location for mounting if necessary.
Hold the wall bracket near the desired location and mark the position of the drillholes with a pencil. •
Drill 6mm deep holes with a 25mm drill. Hammer the dowels into the drillholes. Turn the screws into
the dowels.
Operation
• Usethestickblendertopreparebabyfood,soups,sauces,milkshakesandmayonnaise.
• Clean the blending stick before rst use with a damp cloth and wipe it off (see “Cleaning and
Care”).
• Attachtheblendingsticktothemotorunitandturnituntilitlocksinplace.
• Usetheappliancewithasuitablebowl,beaker,potoranyothervessel.
• Switchthestick blender onif it isplaceddeep inside theblend bowl withingredientsto avoid
spouting.
• PressthespeedbuttonI to blend with slow speed. Press the speed button II to increase the blending
speed.
• Slightlymovethestickblenderupanddowntoprocesstheingredientswell.Donotlettheingredients
reachthejointbetweenthemotorunitandblendingstick.
• Iftheblendingstickgetsblockedpullthepowerplugoutoffthewalloutletandcleantheblending
stick.
• Donot use theappliance duringcooking processes orwith boilingliquids. Otherwisethestick
blendercouldoverheat.
Short time operation
Theapplianceissuitableforashorttimeoperationonly.Afteranoperationtimeof10secondslet•
itcooldownforatleast1minute.Aftertwooperationslettheappliancecooldownforatleast30
minutes to room temperature.
Donotoverloadtheappliance.•
