WALL-TO-WALL DIMENSIONS • Measure the thickness of your finished surface on either side before installing the metal tracks. • Make sure to have a finished surface distance (D) between the min and max permissible dimensions according to the table below. *IMPORTANT: Your shower is designed to accommodate a 1 13/16 in tolerance from the maximum value. If needed you can cut the support bar to fit the shower.

BEFORE INSTALLATION For the easy installation of this shower please read the following important points: • READ ALL the instructions completely before beginning. • Make sure your walls are within 3/8 in of plumb. And wall corners should meet at 90o as illustrated. • Make sure your tub or shower base is level. • When using Solid Polymer Composite (SPC) shower walls, dry fit your shower door and make sure there is a stud where the wall track will be installed. Please see the images below for Alcove shower.
SHOWER REVERSIBLITY This instruction is drawn up for a door opening from right to left (see illustration A). For an installation for a door opening from left to right (see illustration B), use the same instructions, but switch around the panels: mirror effect.
NEXT STEP MAY REQUIRE TO TRIM THE FRAME TRACKS (E1 & E2) If the Frame tracks are too long for your wall-to-wall opening “D”, you will have to trim them down. Below calculation is for reference only: Ensure you made all the proper measurements before you cut the tracks. ONLY CUT THE TRACKS ON DOOR SIDE! 1. Measure the distance “D” at the height where the tracks will be installed. 2.
1 FRAME INSTALLATION FOR RIGHT DOOR OPENING INSTALLATION 1.1. Insert the fixed panel (B) into the frame track (E2). 1.2. Screw the bottom left side of fixed panel (B) to the frame track (E2) using screws (CC). 1.3. Insert the magnetic track (H) into the right side of frame track (E2), screw the magnetic track (H) to the frame track (E2) using screws (CC) FOR LEFT DOOR OPENING INSTALLATION 1.1. Insert the fixed panel (B) into the frame track (E1). 1.2.
2 FRAME INSTALLATION FOR RIGHT DOOR OPENING INSTALLATION 2.1. Insert the frame track (E1) into the top of fixed panel (B) and magnetic track (H). 2.2-2.3. Screw the fixed panel (B) and the magnetic track (H) to the frame track (E1) using screws (CC). FOR LEFT DOOR OPENING INSTALLATION 2.1. Insert the frame track (E2) into the top of fixed panel (B) and magnetic track (H). 2.2-2.3. Screw the fixed panel (B) and the magnetic track (H) to the frame track (E2) using screws (CC).
3 FRAME INSTALLATION 3.1-3.2. Position the wall tracks (A) as illustrated. Level the tracks (A) and mark its outline and holes positions. 3.3. Remove the tracks and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø1/4 in drill bit. 3.4. If there are no studs located behind the wall tracks (A), then insert the wall anchors (AA) using a rubber mallet until the wall anchors are flush with the wall. 4 REVERSE INSTALLATION 4.1-4.5. If the shower is being installed in reverse, where the door panel (C) is on the left side, uninstall the top and bottom rollers (G & I), rotate the door panel 180 degrees, and reinstall the rollers. WARNING !!! THIS PAGE IS ONLY FOR LEFT DOOR OPENING INSTALLATION. 5 FRAME INSTALLATION 5.1-5.2. Insert the wall tracks (A) onto the sides of the assembled frame. 5.3-5.5. Put the shower frame assembly onto the base with the wall tracks (A) aligning with the wall marks made in step 3.2. Secure the wall tracks (A) using fittings (FF), screws (BB) and caps (EE). 5.6. Install the caps (GG) into the magnetic track (H). WARNING! Before continuing, place the door panel (C) inside the shower enclosure to facilitate future steps! 5.2 5.1 A H B 5.4 BB EE FF B A 5.
6 SHOWER DOOR INSTALLATION 6.1. Hang the door panel (C) on the top track of the frame assembly by its 2 top rollers (G). 6.2-6.3. Gently push down the bottom rollers (I), which will lower the wheels and lock them in the bottom track of the frame assembly. 6.1 6.3 6.
7 SHOWER DOOR INSTALLATION 7.1. The level and height of the door panel can be adjusted by turning the screw on the roller (G). Make sure the door is level and the bottom rollers (I) are completely hooked by the track rail. 7.
8 SEAL STRIPS INSTALLATION 8.1-8.2. Install the 2 glass panel vertical seal strips (F1 & F2). 8.3-8.5. 9 SEALING Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly. Ensure that there is a firm connection between the fixed panel(s) and the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components. Allow 24 hours for silicone to dry. Improper application of silicone sealant may cause your shower to leak.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE For the daily maintenance, use a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten any bolts used to support the fixed glass panels or doors panel (support bolts can withstand up to 250 lbf*in of torque). Check these bolts every 4 months and re-tighten them if necessary.

ANTES DE LA INSTALACIÓN Para facilitar la instalación de esta ducha, lea los siguientes puntos importantes: • LEA COMPLETAMENTE TODAS las instrucciones antes de comenzar. • Asegúrese de que sus paredes están a 3/8 pu de la plomada. Y las esquinas de las paredes deben coincidir a 90o como se ilustra. • Asegúrese de que la base de su bañera o ducha esté nivelada.
REVERSIBILIDAD DE LA DUCHA Estas instrucciones fueron elaboradas para una abertura de puerta de derecha a izquierda (ilustración A). Para una abertura de izquierda a derecha (ilustración B), siga estas mismas instrucciones, pero cambie el lugar para la ubicación del riel: efecto espejo.
EL SIGUIENTE PASO PUEDE REQUERIR RECORTAR LAS PISTAS DEL MARCO (E1 Y E2) Si los raíles del marco son demasiado largos para su apertura “D” de pared a pared, tendrá que recortarlos. El siguiente cálculo es sólo para referencia: Asegúrese de haber tomado todas las medidas adecuadas antes de cortar los rieles. ¡SÓLO CORTAR LAS VÍAS EN EL LADO DE LA PUERTA! 1. Mida la distancia “D” a la altura donde se instalarán los rieles. 2. Si D < 58 3/16 pu, corte los raíles a una longitud total de L = D - 3 3/8 pu.
1 INSTALACIÓN DE MARCOS PARA INSTALACIÓN CON APERTURA DE PUERTA DERECHA 1.1. Inserte el panel fijo (B) en la corredera de marco (E2). 1.2. Atornille el lado inferior izquierdo del panel fijo (B) al corredera de marco (E2) con tornillos (CC). 1.3. Inserte la pista magnética (H) en el lado derecho de la corredera de marco (E2), atornille la pista magnética (H) a la corredera de marco (E2) con tornillos (CC). PARA INSTALACIÓN CON APERTURA DE PUERTA IZQUIERDA 1.1.
2 INSTALACIÓN DE MARCOS PARA INSTALACIÓN CON APERTURA DE PUERTA DERECHA 2.1. Inserte el riel del marco (E1) en la parte superior del panel fijo (B) y el riel magnético (H). 2.2-2.3. Atornille el panel fijo (B) y el riel magnético (H) al riel del marco (E1) con tornillos (CC). PARA INSTALACIÓN CON APERTURA DE PUERTA IZQUIERDA 2.1. Inserte el riel del marco (E2) en la parte superior del panel fijo (B) y el riel magnético (H). 2.2-2.3.
3 INSTALACIÓN DE MARCOS 3.1-3.2. Posicionar los rieles (A) como se muestra. Nivele las pistas (A) y marque su contorno y las posiciones de los orificios. 3.3. Retire los rieles y perfore los agujeros guía en los sitios marcados con una broca de ø1/4 pu. 3.4. 4 INSTALACIÓN INVERSA 4.1-4.5. Si la ducha se está instalando al revés, donde el panel de la puerta (C) está en el lado izquierdo, desinstale los rodillos superior e inferior (G y I), gire el panel de la puerta 180 grados y vuelva a instalar los rodillos. ¡¡¡ADVERTENCIA !!! ESTA PÁGINA ES SÓLO PARA LA INSTALACIÓN CON LA PUERTA A LA IZQUIERDA. 5 INSTALACIÓN DE MARCOS 5.1-5.2. Inserte las pistas de pared (A) en los lados del marco ensamblado. 5.3-5.5. Coloque el conjunto del marco de la ducha en la base con los rieles de pared (A) alineados con las marcas de pared realizadas en el paso 3.2. Asegure los pistas de la pared (A) usando los accesorios (FF), los tornillos (BB) y los capuchones (EE). 5.6. Instale las tapas (GG) en la pista magnética (H).
6 INSTALACION DE LA PUERTA DE DUCHA 6.1. Cuelgue el panel de la puerta (C) en el riel superior del conjunto del marco por sus 2 rodillos superiores (G). 6.2-6.3. Empuje suavemente hacia abajo los rodillos inferiores (I), lo que bajará las ruedas y las bloqueará en el carril inferior del conjunto del bastidor. 6.1 6.3 6.
7 INSTALACION DE LA PUERTA DE DUCHA 7.1. El nivel y la altura del panel de la puerta pueden ajustarse girando el tornillo del rodillo (G). Asegúrese de que la puerta esté nivelada y que los rodillos inferiores (I) estén completamente enganchados por el carril de rodadura. 7.

9 SELLADO Asegúrese de que la puerta esté completamente cerrada y se abrió sin problemas, y hay una conexión firme entre el conjunto(s) placa(s) y la barra de soporte. La aplicación de un sellador al agua de silicona transparente alrededor del perímetro exterior de cualquier ducha fija componente. Deje secar durante 24 horas para las curas de silicona y se adhiere. La aplicación inadecuada de sellador de silicona puede causar una fuga de su ducha.
MANTENIMIENTO Y CUIDADO Para mantenimiento diario, utilice un paño húmedo y un limpiador líquido suave. Nunca utilice abrasivos olimpiadores que contenga acetona, cloro o blanqueadores fuertes, espátulas o cepillos de cerdas metálicas, ni objetos o productos que puedan raspar o deslucir las superficies. Utilice un trinquete para apretar firmemente a cualquier pernos utilizados para soportar los paneles de vidrio fijos o panel de puertas (pernos de soporte pueden soportar hasta 250 lbf * in de torque).
