(2) Place the U-bolt
around the
handlebar, and
thread the ends
through the 「C」.
(3) To avoid slip, place
「plastic cushion」
between「U-bolt」
and handlebar.
(4) Tighten the nuts to
secure the base. Do
not over tighten.
