Question Trouble Shooting
Press POWER more than 3
seconds, but can not see
power on screen
1. It could be battery low, please charge the device,
and wait more than 30 seconds.
2. If you still can not see power on screen, please
contact your distributor.
Incorrect time and date
1. Please charge the device.
2. Place the device to open sky, where GPS signal can
be better received.
3. Set the menu to GPS status mode, after device get
fixed, it will show correct time and date information,
please also check the time offset setting on your
device
4. If you still can not get the correct time and date
information, please contact your distributor.
GPS can not get fixed:
1. Place the device to open sky, where GPS signal can
be better received.
2. Set the menu to GPS status mode.
3. If you still can not get fixed, please contact your
distributor.
Tracker can not send
message:
1. Please check if the tracker has a SIM card installed.
2. If there is no SIM card installed, install one.
3. If there is a SIM card installed in the device, please
check your phone service provider to enable GPRS
service for this SIM card.
4. Turn on GPS
5. If it still can not send message back, please contact
your distributor.
Tracker can not transfer
data via data cable:
1. Make sure you had installed device driver on your
computer.
2. Please go to control panel of Windows, click device
management to see if the device has been well
installed. If yes, you can find the d
evice name on the
list.
3. If you still can not transfer data from PC, please
contact your distributor.
