Shredded Beef
Arepa
• Place all ingredients, except beef, in a large bowl and knead well
with hands
• Form the dough into balls
• Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked
• Let the arepas cool for a few minutes, then carefully by using an
oven mitt slice it open and ll with shredded beef
• 2 cups yellow corn our
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 cups seasoned and cooked shredded beef
