Seared Filet with Spinach
In a low heat sauce pan, mix the heavy cream with crumbled blue
cheese
Quickly cook the spinach on the griddle and then add to the creamy
mixture
Season the let well and place on the griddle following instructions
Once ready, let the let rest for a few minutes and then serve alongside
the creamy spinach
2 6OZ Filet Mignon or lean steak
