Lemon
Cake Pops
Mix together well your ingredients, then add in the pecans and carrots.
Pour into your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with butter cream frosting.

2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups our
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbspp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice

Steps:
Beat butter and sugar together until uy. Add in eggs.
Mix together our, baking soda and salt. Stir into egg mixture and add
the butter milk.
Add the lemon juice and zest.
Pour into your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with butter cream frosting.
