Lemon
Cake Pops
• Mix together well your ingredients, then add in the pecans and carrots.
• Pour into your maker.
• Bake for 7-10 minutes.
• Serve with butter cream frosting.

• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tbspp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp lemon juice

Steps:
• Beat butter and sugar together until uy. Add in eggs.
• Mix together our, baking soda and salt. Stir into egg mixture and add
the butter milk.
• Add the lemon juice and zest.
• Pour into your maker.
• Bake for 7-10 minutes.
• Serve with butter cream frosting.
