Banana
Bund t Cakes
• 1/3 cup butter-avored shortening
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
• 2 tablespoons 2% milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Ingredients:
Steps:
• In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and uy. Beat in eggs.
• Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla. Combine our, baking powder, baking soda
and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in nuts.
• Follow the steps to baking in your maker.
• Bake for 7-10 minutes.
• Serve with cream, banana and nuts.
