FIRST STEPS - Identify the model number of your unit.

- Look on the white shipping label on the outer cardboard box.

- Model number on label should correspond to the one listed above.

Installation Instructions for

Required Tools

* Pencil or water soluble felt pen

* Hacksaw with 24 tooth blade

* Metal file (smooth sharp edges)

* Tape measure

* Clear 100% Silicone (recommended)

* #2 Phillips Screw driver

* 3/16” drill bit carbide for tile

* Caulking gun

* Drill, electric or battery

* 4 ft. Level

* Rubber mallet

* Razor knife

Ÿ The images in this manual show an arrangement with the showerhead to the right. The

same instructions apply for the opposite orientation where the examples would be

reversed.

When drilling, anchoring or screwing into a vertical, horizontal or sloped surface of a tub, shower, wall or ceiling, follow these steps otherwise moisture damage can occur: F I R S T 1. 2. Installation Instructions All Models Page 5 STEP 2 - WALL CHANNEL a. Drill 3 holes in Wall Channel, Item (3) and set in place on top of the panel sill. Use a level to plumb it and mark holes on wall. Remove channel. Fig #4 b. Attach wall channel using anchors and/or screws and follow Read First - Anchors and Screws instructions. If wet sealing - Insert 3 centering clips at top, middle and bottom. Wall Channel (3) STEP 3 - ALIGNING PANEL a. Set Panel in place into the Bottom Channel and Wall Channel.

Installation Instructions All Models Page 6 STEP 4 - GLAZING THE PANEL Place the panel into the bottom channel and wall channel (Fig #6) Option 1 - Dry glaze: Insert 2 pieces of bottom vinyl Item (4) one on either side of the glass panel and tap into place with a block of wood and a mallet. The vinyl will snap into place. See Fig. #3 Use on Bottom Channel, Wall Channel and Ceiling Channel.

Installation Instructions Large Threshold Radius Page 7 ALTERNATE STEP 1 - Large Threshold Radius a. Mark the centerline onto the threshold using a water soluble marker or pencil (dotted line, Fig #8). b. Using the hacksaw and file, add a radius to the bottom channel (2) to match your bathroom (Fig #9). c. Add the 1/2” glass setting blocks (7a) d. Secure the bottom channel with painters tape f. Adjust the glass panel (1) until there is a 1/8” gap between the panel and the radius of the shower.
