I. Align the pre-drilled holes on the back frame (#1) to the pre-drilled holes on the seat frame (#2). II. Prepare 2 bolt assemblies by FIRST inserting the lock washer (#D) onto the bolt (#C) then the flat washer (#E) onto that SAME bolt (#C), in that order. Secure using the Allen wrench (#F). Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by FIRST inserting lock washer (#D) onto the bolt (#A) then the flat washer (#E) onto the SAME bolt (#A), in that order.
