Installation Instructions

SECTION 1
1. Measure the door opening
If the height of the door opening is the same as the measurement of the
door, it won’t be necessary to cut the door height, if the opening is less; the
door (A) should be reduced by cutting off the excess in the bottom part of
the door panels. Place and attach the door panels together, use adhesive
tape if necessary and cut off the excess with a saw or handsaw. If the
opening is less than the door width, cut the Top track (B) 1/8” shorter than
the width of the opening.
2. Install the Top Track ( B)
Place the top track in the upper part of the door opening, so that it can be
straightened and centered. Mark the screw guides with a pencil, then
punch using a drill with a 3/32” bit. Place a 1” track screw through the screw
hole that is closer to the center of the Top track. Do not tighten it completely.
(Adhesive tape can be used to hold the Top track in place while marking
and drilling.
3. Install the handles (C)
By gently tapping introduce the two Handle pins (D) in the handle, then
insert the pins through the door track holes. Press the other handle (C)
against the handle pins. If necessary one of the handles can be supported
with a solid object to attach the other handle and tap gently on both sides
evenly inserting the pins until the handles are attached. Do not hit in the
center of any of the handles.
4. Install the upper sliders (I/J)
Place the upper slider T-style (I) on the hole of the main panel. In order to
affix the upper slider to the lead panel align the holes, then insert the
section of the female connectors (H) from the exterior part of the main
panel, going through the slider T-style (I) until it reaches the other side of
the guide border. Then insert the threaded male screw on the female side
and tighten it until it is adjusted. The sliders of the panels (J) must be
aligned and inserted in the panel hole.
