ActiveSync Connection Cannot be Established

 Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER click "Windows CE
Services".
 Call "Edit ⇒ New ⇒ DWORD Value".
 Enter "SerialBaudrate" (no quotation marks)
 Double-click "SerialBaudRate” to open the "Modify
DWORD Value" window.
 Select "Decimal" and enter "115200" (no quotation marks)
 Close the registry editor.
 Restart your PC to enable changes.
