Users with hearings aids must note that radio signals of the
skeye.pad XSL may launch into hearing devices causing an
unpleasant noise.
1.1.2 Safety Notes for the Lithium-Ion Battery
Use the battery for its intended purpose only.
Do not immerse the battery in water or seawater and do not allow it
to get wet.
Do not use or recharge near high temperature locations e.g. heating
elements or fire.
Do not throw the battery into a fire or heat the battery.
Do not recharge the battery close to a fire or in extremely hot
weather.
Do not solder.
Do not connect to cigar lighters or similar.
Do not transport or store the battery together with metallic objects
such as hairpins or necklaces.
Do not short-circuit the battery by connecting the positive and
negative poles with metallic objects such as a wire.
Do not throw.
Do not place the battery in the microwave or pressurised containers.
Do not pierce or dismantle the battery with a nail or other sharp
object, hit it with a heavy object such as a hammer or step on it.
Do not dismantle the battery or modify parts of the battery.
Do not store within the reach of children.
If the battery develops a leak and the chemicals get in the eye, do
not rub the eye, but rinse eye with plenty of running water and
consult a doctor immediately
.
If the battery develops a leak and chemicals spill on clothes or skin,
rinse skin or clothes in running water to prevent contamination of the
skin.
