Charging Warnings
CAUTION:Allinstructionsandwarningsmustbefollowed
exactly.MishandlingofLi-Pobatteriescanresultinare,
personal injury, and/or property damage.
• NEVER LEAVE CHARGING BATTERIES UNATTENDED DURING USE.
• NEVER CHARGE BATTERIES OVERNIGHT.
• Byhandling,chargingorusingtheincludedLi-Pobattery,youas-
sumeallrisksassociatedwithlithiumbatteries.
• Ifatanytimethebatterybeginstoballoonorswell,discontinueuse
immediately. If charging or discharging, discontinue and disconnect.
Continuingtouse,chargeordischargeabatterythatisballooningor
swellingcanresultinre.
• Alwaysstorethebatteryatroomtemperatureinadryareaforbest
results.
• Alwaystransportortemporarilystorethebatteryinatemperature
rangeof40–120ºF(5–49ºC).Donotstorebatteryoraircraftinacar
or direct sunlight. If stored in a hot car, the battery can be damaged
or even catch fire.
• Alwayschargebatteriesawayfromammablematerials.
• Alwaysinspectthebatterybeforechargingandneverchargedead
or damaged batteries.
• Alwaysdisconnectthebatteryaftercharging,andletthecharger
coolbetweencharges.
• Alwaysconstantlymonitorthetemperatureofthebatterypackwhile
charging.
• ONLYUSEACHARGERSPECIFICALLYDESIGNEDTOCHARGELI-PO
