User Manual
Operations Manual for CL-OSD using G-OSD flashed on the HK Mini OSD
System w/GPS Module - PRODUCT ID: 07400020
Prepared by: R Stephen Legge
This document is my attempt of putting together a Operations Manual for the Mini OSD
System w/GPS Module after it has been flashed with the G-OSD files from the CL-OSD project.
No programming changes have been made to the software. I set my camera video output
standard to PAL.
The developers of CL-OSD are to be congratulated and highly admired for the efforts they
have freely undertaken to provide the open source software to turn this barely useful
hardware product into a nice OSD system at a bargain price. In this as in countless other
instances, software provides most of the value of the hardware product. I must admit that I
am a retired software systems development manager.
