6.4 Roof bonnets
Roof bonnet with combination
shade
The roof bonnet can be hinged on one side and
also pushed open. The shade/insect screen is
integrated.
To open:
• Open the latch (1) of one side of the frame
and open the roof bonnet simultaneously by
pressing upward. When open, the bonnet can
be pushed back with holders (2).
To shut:
• Close the roof bonnet and push it down until
the latches snap into place.
To combine the shade/insect screen:
• Pull the connection strap (3) on the insect
screen (4) to the opposite one-hand operation
(5) of the shade.
• Snap the connection lash (3) onto the latch of
the one-hand operation (5) of the shade (6).
To adjust the shade:
• Bring the one-hand operation of the shade
into the desired position by pushing.
To open the insect screen:
• Snap the connection lash (3) on the insect
screen (4) out and disconnect it.
The roof bonnet must always remain
closed during the drive!
The forced ventilation/de-aeration
system in the roof bonnet frame must
always remain open!
