Programming a Random Weight
PLU (WC30)
1. Enter Supervisor mode according to WC30
instructions. See Entering Supervisor Mode (WC30).
2. Long PRESS the RIGHT ARROW [

]
key until you get to the Function Code
(Sub-Function zero = Unit Price) for the
PLU you wish to program. In this
example, we will use PLU 5.
3. Short PRESS the [C] key. This tells the
World Scale that you are going to change
the Function Value.
4. Change the Function Value of the Unit
Price by using a Short PRESS on the
keypad.
5. Short PRESS the RIGHT ARROW [

]
key one time for Sub-Function Code 01
(Tare). Pressing the ARROW key accepts
your Unit Price change.
--OR--
6. Short PRESS the [C] key once
to enter a Weighed Tare. Then
place the empty container on
the scale.
--OR--
Short PRESS the [C] key
twice to use the Keyboard to
enter a Tare. Then enter a
Tare using a Short PRESS on
the Keyboard.

7. Long PRESS the RIGHT ARROW [

] key to get
World Scale to accept the change.
8. Exit Supervisor mode. See Exiting Supervisor Mode (WC30).
