3-21 Using World Scale
Using the Half- and
Quarter-Pound Keys
(X2/X4) (WC30)
For items that are normally purchased in small quantities, such as
caviar or fudge, the World Scale offers two keys to quickly
calculate a price per half- or quarter-pound.

Note
You may be required to disable the Half- and Quarter-pound keys,
when using your World Scale for commercial trade, due to local
Weights and Measures regulations.
To use the Half- and Quarter-pound keys:
1. Place the product on the scale.
2. TYPE the Unit Price using a Short PRESS on
the Keypad.
--OR--
3. Short PRESS the [X2] key for half-pound
pricing
--OR--
Short PRESS the [X4] key for quarter-pound
pricing.
4. The screen will display Net Weight, Unit Price
and Total Price.
QUICK STEPS -
Using X2/X4 Keys (WC30)
1. Place product on scale
2. TYPE Unit Price
3. Short PRESS [X2]
--OR--
Short PRESS [X4]
4. Net Weight, Unit Price and
Total Price display
5. Remove product from scale
5. Remove the product from the scale.
