3-13 Using World Scale
Using the Add and
Multiplier Keys (WC30)
The Add key gives you the ability to accumulate the Total Price
for more than one package, with or without a weight, of different
products. The following topics are included:
♦ Adding Items (WC30)
♦ Multiplying By Count Items (WC30)
♦ Cancelling a Total Price (WC30)
Adding Items (WC30)
You may accumulate the Total Price of several items, weighed or
not weighed. For example, a customer may purchase caramel
candy by the pound and a prepackaged chocolate bar. You would
place the caramel candy on the scale but just enter the price of the
candy bar. The World Scale will accumulate the Total Price.

Note
The Total Price is retained until you cancel it.
To add items:
--OR--
1. Place the product onto the scale
--OR--
Do NOT place the product onto the scale.
2. TYPE the Unit Price using a Short PRESS on the
Keypad.
3. Short PRESS the [ADD] key.
4. If you placed a product on the scale, remove it
now.
QUICK STEPS -
Adding Items (WC30)
1. Place product onto scale
--OR--
Do NOT place on scale
2. TYPE Unit Price
3. Short PRESS [ADD]
4. Remove product, if needed
5. Repeat Steps 1-4 till finished
6. Short PRESS [ADD] again
for Total Price
7. Number of items, and Total
Price display
8. Cancel Total Price, if needed
5. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 until all products have
been added.
