The conditions for free maintenance service:
1.If the material of the instrument is not good or there is some problems in design and manufacture ,then we can give free maintenance service
according to the certificate within one guarantee year after the invoice date.
2.If the instrument failure is arise from design and manufacture even the warranty expires,we will also help to fix for you by only taking some
small amount of money for door to service and component.

we will charge from you under the following circumstance even within the period of guarantee:
1.the failure arise from the incorrect use of the instrument.
2.the failure arise from randomly change the line or the product.
3.the failure arise from case of force majeure as floods,earthquake,fire,or arise from the unsteady electric voltage or other special external factors.
4.The failure arise from operating the instrument not according to the instructions,or arise from carrying the instrument in not correct way.
5.The failure arise from sending out the instrument abroad without contacting with our factory in advance.
6.Reguarly examination and maintenance required by customer.

periodic examination and repair
When the customer requires periodic examination and repair,please write clearly on our Maintenance receipt your required examination date and
contents and send your filled Maintenance receipt back to our technical department,after receiving this maintenance receipt,our company will
send to customer an evidence and waiting to receive a remittance from customer,then we will arrange the time when come to give the
maintenance service.

When will the certificate go into effect?
1.First, all the necessary details on the certificate and stamps from our agent or our factory on the certificate.
2.Second,the certificate can only go into effect that customer fill the Maintenance receipt carefully and send back to our office.
Notes:If you have a second failure on the same part within 3 months after charging from customer for repair,you are free to fix again in our
company for a 2
nd
time.in order to ensure customer to get satisified product or use the product correctly,please feel free to contact our technical
department as soon as there is a problem.
Please take good care of this certificate for fear of the maintenance in the future.
But please take note that some easily damage parts are outside the range of the guarantee.for example: the
electric heating tube,40A Solid state relay,the water level detector.
If there is some unfavorable condition or failure on our product,please contact our technical department
immediately.we will try our best to solve it for you ASAP.
