• More than 20-30 minutes of use per day: The device performs neurofeedback up to age-specific norm data. If,

after a while, the slow waves decrease to the norm data, the device will automatically stop making neurofeed-

back.

• Prolonged use of the “Dream1” and “Dream2” protocol temporarily leads to a decrease in clinically low en-

tropy: The short-term effects of neurofeedback are temporary, and side effects disappear within 2 days after

the application is interrupted, entropy rises again and reaches a more positive point.

• The long-term use of the "Speak", "Read", "Clever", "Hyper", and "Spatial" protocols cause a headache: The

short-term effects of neurofeedback are temporary, and the side effects disappear within 2 days after the ap-

plication is suspended. In our clinical trial, only 1 patient had a short-term temporary headache at a time out

of the session with neurofeedback therapy.

• The brain regions that are tried to be developed, the more they work, the different parts of the brain and the

previous works are affected: The decline seen in clinical research, such as following instructions, socialization,

and rhythmic counting did not constitute a statistically significant picture. Regions that develop in the brain

due to product use can only develop up to the limit of the norm, and it can be said that the skills approach the

norm. With the use of products, efficient communication and exchange of information between the various

regions of the brain increase, and the performance of the brain increases in total.

• Some of the sensors do not work during training: Our product is designed to be unaffected by one or more of

the sensors not working. However, the failure of more than 20% of sensors to operate efficiently may affect

the quality of the result.

19. Device and Software Security

• The EEG device used has a standard CE certificate for general use.

• The EEG device is not interventional.

• The EEG device is powered by a battery. It is not possible for the user to have an electric shock. While the de-

vice is connected to the charger, EEG cannot be used for signal reading.

• Only EEG data is read from the EEG device.

• The EEG device communicates with the mobile phone via BLE (Bluetooth) with 2.4 G Hz. The electrical current

frequency band produced by the human brain is 0-100 Hz, and it does not create interaction effects with the

device. The EEG device does not interfere with wi-fi or radio frequencies.

20. Does the user have the right to withdraw?

If the user wants to return the product within 15 days of purchasing the software, the product price will be 100%

refunded. If parents are not properly trained in the use of the device, there may be product use risks arising

from not using the product as specified in the user manual. In order to eliminate these risks, a detailed user

manual has been prepared and users have been served via the WhatsApp line.
