Adjusting the correct rope length
Before training it is important that the rope has the perfect length
according to your body height. To determine the correct length
according to your height please follow these steps:
Step 1
Step onto the middle of the rope with just ONE foot. Please make
sure that you are wearing the sport shoes you are planning on
wearing during your training sessions.
Step 2
Pull the rope on a level with your chest. Make sure that the rope
is under tension. The skipping handles should be held parallel to
each other. Now turn the handles in the up direction. The ends of
the handles should reach directly under your armpit.
Step 3
Check if the rope length suites your height by doing some skipping
tests. During the jump the skipping rope should only slightly touch
theoor.Ifthelengthdoesnotworkwithyourbodyheightplease

The length can be adjusted by shortening or extending the rope.
You can shorten the rope by pulling more through the holes in the
handles. To make the rope longer you need to push some rope back
through the holes in the other direction.
Notice: After you have adjusted the rope according to your body
height, you can cut of the parts of the rope that are sticking out.
Please make sure to not cut off too much as you might need to
adjust the rope at some point.
