Sobald das Gerät einige Minuten nicht bewegt wird, schaltet es auf Standby - also in den Energiesparmodus. III. Setup & Funktionen Vor dem Erstgebrauch Vor dem Einsatz des smartLAB® rope Springseils, müssen Sie entweder das Seil oder die beiden kurzen Seile inkl. Gewichte an die Springseilgriffe montieren. Zudem muss das smartLAB® rope über eine App eingestellt werden. Anbringen des Seils Das Seil wird an beiden Griffen angebracht. Um das Seil an die Griffe anzubringen, führen Sie jeweils ein Ende des Seils durch eine Öse und danach zurück durch die andere Ösen an den Handgriffen.
Vor dem Trainingsbeginn ist es wichtig, die richtige Seillänge passend zu Ihrer Körpergröße einzustellen. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Schritt 1 Stellen Sie sich mit EINEM Fuß in die Mitte des Springseils. Beachten Sie dabei, dass Sie die Sportschuhe, die Sie auch während des Trainings anhaben werden, tragen. Schritt 2 Heben Sie das Seil auf Brusthöhe, spannen Sie es an und achten Sie darauf, dass die Seilspring-Griffe parallel zueinander stehen. Danach klappen Sie die Griffe einmal um.
Einsetzen/ Austausch der Batterien Das smartLAB® rope benötigt eine CR 2032 3V Batterie, welche im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Um die Batterie einzusetzen bzw. zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: • Öffnen Sie den Batteriedeckel durch Drehen des Deckels mit Hilfe einer Münze in die vorgegebene Pfeilrichtung. • Legen Sie die Batterie mit der Plusseite zum Deckel in den Deckel ein. Bei einem Wechsel entnehmen Sie zuvor die eingelegte Batterie vorsichtig aus dem Deckel des Geräts.
Die Datenübertragung gemessener Werte erfolgt über Bluetooth® Smart oder ANT+. Die Anbindung ist über die meisten iOS mobilen Geräten sowie Android Geräten ab der Android Version 4.3 möglich. Mehr Informationen finden Sie unter www.support.hmm.info. Um das smartLAB® rope an Ihr individuelles Empfangsgerät zu koppeln, benötigen Sie die fitmefit move App.
Wichtige Hinweise zur Nutzung der Apps • Die Anbindung des smartLAB® rope erfolgt über die App und nicht über die Bluetooth-Einstellungen • Starten Sie das smartLAB® rope nach der Installation der App durch Einlegen der Batterie • Die Seriennummer des Geräts wird von der App automatisch erkannt. Nachdem die Seriennummer hinzugefügt wurde, werden Datum und Uhrzeit mit dem Gerät synchronisiert • Um eine Anbindung des smartLAB® rope mit anderen Apps zu ermöglichen, wird vermutlich eine manuelle bzw.

I. Introduction Thank you for choosing our smartLAB® rope skipping rope with Bluetooth® Smart and ANT+ wireless data transmission. With the integrated wireless data transmission you can transfer your measured data to any receiving mobile device. Required is the fitmefit move App, which is available for iOS and Android. Please read the instructions carefully before you first use the device and keep the instructions for a future use.
II. Your smartLAB® rope General Instructions The smartLAB® rope is a modern skipping rope with integrated data transfer technology and further features for your fitness plan. This intelligent jumping rope collects all important data of your training and sends these to a corresponding App. The following data is collected by the rope: Count of jumps, jumping speed, exercise duration and calorie consumption.

As soon as the device has not been moved for several minutes, it will go into the StandBy Mode - to reduce the energy consumption. III. Setup & Operating functions Before first use Mounting the long rope The rope is applied on both skipping handles. To mount the rope, first pull the rope through on of the holes on the handle. Then pull the rope back through the other hole. This needs to be repeated on the other handle. To adjust the rope according to your body height please read chapter “ Adjusting the correct rope length”.
Adjusting the correct rope length Before training it is important that the rope has the perfect length according to your body height. To determine the correct length according to your height please follow these steps: Step 1 Step onto the middle of the rope with just ONE foot. Please make sure that you are wearing the sport shoes you are planning on wearing during your training sessions. Step 2 Pull the rope on a level with your chest. Make sure that the rope is under tension.
Insert/ Change of batteries • To exchange the battery you need to open the battery lid with a coin in direction of the arrow. • Insert the battery into the battery lid with the plus side to the lid. If exchanging, first remove the battery carefully • Close the lid by using the coin again. The smartLAB® rope has a Stand-By Mode. As soon as the device has not been moved for several minutes, it will go into the Stand-By Mode - to reduce the energy-consumption.
Connecting the smartLAB® rope to an App The data transfer of measured data is enabled by either Bluetooth® Smart or ANT+ wireless. The connection is enabled by most iOS mobile devices such as Android devices with an Android Version 4.3 or higher. To connect the smartLAB® rope to your individual receiving device you need the fitmefit move App. Please find more information on the Apps on our Support Website www.support.hmm.info.
Important information using the HMM Apps The connection of the smartLAB® rope is enabled through the App and not through the Bluetooth menu • Activate the smartLAB® rope after installing the App by inserting the battery • The serial number is automatically detected by the App.
IV. Miscellaneous Maintenance • Please clean your device regularly with a wet soft cloth. Use a dry soft cloth to dry up the device. Do not use caustic cleaning solutions. Do not put the device under fluent water. • Protect the device from impacts, humidity, dust, chemicals or fluctuations of temperature. Do not store near heat sources such as ovens or heating installations. • NEVER take the device to pieces by yourself. In this case the warranty will not be valid anymore.

Configuration et utilisation des fonctions Avant la première utilisation Avant la première utilisation de la corde à sauter smartLAB® rope vous devez soit installer la longue corde ou les deux cordes courtes avec des poids. Montage de la longue corde La corde est appliquée sur les deux poignées à sauter. Pour monter la corde, tirez d’abord la corde à travers sur des trous sur la poignée. Ensuite, tirez la corde en arrière à travers l’autre trou. Cela doit être répété sur l’autre poignée.
Réglage de la longueur de la corde correcte Avant la formation, il est important que la corde a la longueur parfaite selon la hauteur de votre corps. Pour déterminer la longueur correcte selon à votre hauteur s’il vous plaît suivez ces étapes: Étape 2 Tirer la corde au niveau de votre poitrine. Assurez-vous que la corde est sous tension.
