Bone mass in kg:
Our bones as well as our whole body are subject to the ageing process and all
its consequences. During the childhood the bone mass is increasing fast and
reaches its maximum at the age of 30-40. Then the bone mass is decreasing.
You can influence the ageing process by a healthy nutrition (esp. calcium and
vitamin D) and by a continuous physical exercise. In addition to that you can
sustain your bones by a specific muscle formation.
