Working with the Acro/Glid Model Function Menu
1. Turn on transmitter. When prompted to transmit, select “NO”.
2. Verify that the active model is an ACRO or GLID model type.
3. To access the model function menu, press and hold the jog dial.
4. The menu options shown reect the parameters dened for the active model in the model type menu
(Model Type, Wing and Tail). ACRO and GLID-specic items are integrated in the menu with the options
that are common to all model types.
Flight Conditions
The Flash 7 allows you to program up to four ight conditions. This powerful feature lets you dene
customized trim values and mix settings for dierent phases of ight.
The ight conditions for xed wing aircraft are:
ACRO GLID
1. Normal 1. Normal
2. COND-2 2. Speed
3. COND-3 3. Thermal
4. COND-4 4. Launch
The following features support ight condition programming in ACRO or GLID mode:
Aileron > Rudder Mix
Elevator > Camber Mix
Camber Mix (GLID only)
Gyro
1. From the model menu, rotate the jog dial to highlight
“F.COND” and press the jog dial once to enter the ight
conditions menu.
2. Scroll to the ight condition to be congured and press the
jog dial to conrm your selection.
3. Press the jog dial again to activate the switch selection menu
(not applicable in “Normal” ight condition).
4. Scroll to select the switch that you will use to activate this ight condition and press the jog dial to
conrm your selection.
a. If “NULL” is selected, the ight condition will be inactive.
b. If you selected a switch, the switch position menu will appear.
- Scroll to highlight the switch position that you will use to
enable the ight condition. Press the jog dial to conrm your
selection.
- Scroll to select the “ON” position and press the jog dial to
conrm your selection. If you toggle the selected switch, the
eld in the top right corner of the screen will indicate which
ight condition is active.
