7  Remove the suction pipe and discharge pipe from the compressor.
N O T E
Besuretoseparatetheblazingburneramesufcientlyfromthewiresandelectricalcomponentsaround
thebrazedpartinordertoavoidburning.
8  Remove 2 nuts which x the compressor and remove it by lifting it up with inclining forward.
N O T E
Toremovethecompressortheliquidstopvalvepipeshouldbemoved(bent)totherightsidehand.PAYCLO-
SEATTENTIONnottocrushtobreakthepipe.

9  When brazing the replaced compressor quickly perform
the brazing while the compressor side piping is cooled
with wet cloth in order to avoid the brazing material from
entering the compressor.
N O T E
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION not to let the ller metal
enterintothecompressorwhichmayresultincom-
pressordamage.
