Intermittent Control Setting
Item Description
Level Change The power saving level can be set.
1 Select “Service Menu” on the Service & Installation screen
and press “OK”.
2 Select “Power Saving Details Setting” and press “OK. Power
Saving Details Setting screen is displayed.
3 Select “Intermittent Control” and press “OK”.
Change level
• Press “
” or “ ” to select the level and press “OK”.
• It changes as follows: “LOW → MED → HIGH” ↔ “LOW
only” ↔ “MED only” ↔ “HIGH only”.
• Press “
” to return to Step3.
? NOTE
• This setting not only serves to change the level of the power saving
details setting, but also selects the energy saving levels available
for the Intermittent control in the energy saving settings menu (see
“5.3.1 Power Savings Mode Setting”). For example, if “low only” is
selected, the user will only be able to select this “low” level from the
energy saving menu.
• This function cannot be set when only the total heat exchanger is
connected.
• When Intermittent Control mode is selected, operations of the related
indoor units will follow the sequences detailed below, according to the
power saving level selected:

• If some settings are changed in the “Power Saving details Settings”
menu, the power saving function using the related control mode is
automatically set to OFF in the Function menu. It is necessary to set
it ON again manually once the settings are done.
• The cooling/heating capacity can decrease when using the “Power
Saving” function.
Reset method
Reset power saving details setting to default values
1 Select “Service Menu” on the Service & Installation screen
and press “OK”.
2 Select “Power Saving Details Setting” and press “OK.
3 Select “Reset Default” and press “OK”.
4 Select “Yes” and press “OK”, reset the power saving details
to default and return to Step2.
5 Select “Cancel” and press “OK”, return to Step2.
