5. Detailed Menu Operation

1. Set "IR Receiver" ON/OFF.
Step1. Enter "IR Receiver Setting" by selecting "0 6" as the item
number, refer to "5. Detailed Menu Operation".
Step2. Press " " or " " to switch the set valve between
"0 0"and "0 1" to set "IR Receiver" ON/OFF.
Details of set value are shown in the below table:
Set Value Description
0 0 IR Receiver is OFF.
0 1 IR Receiver is ON.
Step3. Press "
" to save the setting and the item number "0 6"
starts to ash.
Step4. Press " " (On/O) once, or press " " for 3 seconds to
return to the home screen.

NOTES:
•
The IR receiver function can only be used on the home screen.
•
The wired remote controller does not support "Dierentiate Indoor Units Set Close Together" at the wireless
remote controller.
•
The wired remote controller does not support "Test Run" at the wireless remote controller.
•
When the wireless remote controller is in OFF status, even if the Operation Mode, Fan Speed, or Temperature
Setting is changed on the wireless remote controller, the settings on the compact remote controller will not
be changed because no signal is sent.
