Yes. You can remotely access your smart products from any location
which has cellular data coverage.
How does Hi-Smart Air use location?
So many Apps use location services to enhance users’ experience.
Depending on your device, cellular, WiFi, or GPS can be used to
approximate your location information. Hi-Smart Air uses your location
information for the schedule.
How do smart products work?
Smart products connect to the cloud server through users’ home WiFi,
and the application controls smart products through both cellular and
WiFi.
Will smart products work with any router?
Hisense Hi-Smart Air products are compatible with 2.4 GHz routers.
Please note 5 GHz networks are not currently supported.
