2. Attach the Arm to the Base Bracket with the two bolts
and two lock nuts (1/2-13 Hardware). The ½-13
hardware must remain movable but secure to allow
horizontal position adjustment. Do Not Over-tighten.
Refer to Figure 4.
3. Install the four bolts and four lock
nuts (1/4-20 SS Hardware) to
secure the arm in the required
horizontal (side-to-side) position.

4. Attach the LEFT and RIGHT Swivel Sleeve Brackets to the orifice fan with the h ardware shown in Figure 5. Ensure
the Left and Right Sleeve Brackets are installed co rrectly with the notched corners on the lower side facing away from
the fan.

5. Install the Tilt Adjustment Bolts and Nuts (3/8-16 Hardware) to the Sleeve Brackets without allowing the bolt to go into
the sleeve. Do not tighten at this point.
