Safety Information WARNING: Keep all flame and heat sources away from this tent fabric. This tent is made with fabric that meets CPAI-84 specification for flame resistance. It is not fire proof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistance properties ineffective.
Pre-Assembly PLANNING ASSEMBLY It will take at least two people about 90 minutes to complete the assembly process. A rubber mallet and a free standing ladder are needed during the process. Assembly 1. Attaching netting rails A AA AA AA AA A AA B B AA Attach one netting rail (B) to each cross beam (A) with self-tapping screws (AA) using Philips screw driver (EE). Do not fully tighten all the self-tapping screws (AA) until the end of this step. 2. Assembling cross beams X J X J X J A X J A Attach three U-brackets (J) to the top of each cross beam (A) with bolts (X) using wrench (CC).
Assembly 3. Erecting the main frame X A A C A A A C A C X X C C Stand the corner post (C) up. Attach the B side of the cross beam to the outside right corner of with corner post (C) and attach the A side of the cross beam to the outside left corner of with corner post (C) with bolts (X) using wrench (CC). 4. Attaching support arms K K X K K K K K X K K K Adjust corner post (C) upright. Attach support arms (K) to cross beams (A) and corner posts (C) with bolts (X) using wrench (CC).
Assembly 5. Assembling the roof frame click! D E L D E D E E D E D E D L D E E D Snap one corner roof tube (D) into longer receiver of the roof hub (L) until you hear a click. Snap one roof tube (E) into shorter receiver of the roof hub (L) until you hear a click. 6. Attaching the roof frame E D E Y Y E D A C A A C Attach each corner roof tube (D) onto the bracket at the top of each corner post (C) with bolts and nuts (Y) using wrenches (CC) and (DD).
Assembly 7. Attaching the roof frame M M L N Put the roof hub cover (M) on the top of the roof hub (L), screw the hook (N) into the bottom of the roof hub (L) , until it secures the cover (M) firmly. 8. Attaching roof sheet rails (F,G) F G G F G F F G F G O D X Attach roof sheet rails (F) and (G) onto the corner roof tube (D) with washer plates (O) and bolts (X) using wrench (CC). Do not fully tighten bolts until the end of step 14.
Assembly 9. Attaching roof sheet rails (F,G) F G G F G/F F Y G G F Attach roof sheet rails (F) and (G) onto the brackets on top of cross beams (A) respectively with bolts and nuts (Y) using wrench (CC) and (DD). 10. Install washer plate P P P E P P X As illustrated, install washer plate (P) to roof tube (E) by using bolts (X) with wrench (CC).
Assembly 11. Attaching small support crossbars I I I I I I I I I I I I P O Insert small support crossbars (I) on pins of washer plate (O) and (P) as shown. 12. Attaching roof sheets Q T S R S R Q S T T Q E S R R R S T Q Insert one piece of roof sheet (Q) into the groove of roof tubes as shown. IMPROTANT: Before insert next roof sheet (R) you should finish till the step 14. The roof sheet should insert one by one. Suggest finish insert one side and then next side.
Assembly 13. Attaching roof rim H H H H H T D H Q E R H S H H H H H H H H H H H H H As shown, insert roof rim (H) at the end of last assembly roof sheet rail. 14. Attaching end cover V W W W W W V W V W W W V W W W Z V W Z Secure last assembly roof sheet by using corner end cover (V) and side end cover (W) with self-tapping screw (Z). In order not to damage inserts, do not over tighten the screws. Repeat step 12 to 14 to finish insert all roof sheets (Q) (R) (S) (T).
Assembly 15. Assembling mosquito net B U C U U U U Hang up the mosquito net (U) into the net hooks. 16. Fix ground stakes C BB Use the ground stakes (BB) for ground fixing.Insert the ground stake (BB) into any of the four holes at the bottom of the corner post (C). One corner post (C) one ground stake (BB).
