POWER SUPPLY OFF DURING INSTALLATION. IF NEW WIRING IS
REQUIRED, CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR LOCAL
AUTHORITIES FOR CODE REQUIREMENTS.
Make electrical connections from supply wire to fixture lead wires.
Refer to instruction sheet (I.S. 18) and follow all instructions to make
all necessary wiring connections. Then refer back to this sheet to
complete installation of this fixture.

*** The construction of this fixture will be accomplished by first
attaching themounting strap to the junction box, making all neces-
sary electrical connections,mounting the fixture to the wall, and then
installing the glass.

1. Prepare mounting strap (A) by threading threaded tube (B) into the
center hole of the mounting strap (A), approximately 3/8“ - see Drawing 1.
2. Attach mounting strap (A) to junction box (J) using two 8-32 screws (C)
not provided.
3. Slip lock washer (F1) over threaded tube (B) and then thread on hex nut
(F) onto threaded tube (B).
4. Hex nut (F) can be tighten after adjusting threaded tube (B) to the
proper mounting length. This will be done during the installation process.

1. To mount fixture, slip center hole of backplate (E) over threaded tube
(B) and hold fixture in position. Adjust the lenght of the threaded tube
(B) until the end if approimately 1/4” above the face of the backplate. Lift
backplate and tighten hex nut (F) against mounting strap - see Drawing 1.
2. Thread decorative knob (D) onto end of threaded tube (B) and tighten
to secure fixture.

GLASS INSTALLATION:NOTE:
Lamp fixture before installing the glass.
1. To install glass (1) first thread the glass retainer knobs (2) out far
enough to slip the lip of the glass (L) into the glass holder (H) - see
Drawing 2.
2. Next hold glass (1) in position and thread knobs (2) back into glass
holder (H) until screws are snug against the glass.
INSTALACION DE VIDRIO:
