Status Meaning
1 LED blinks, the power tool is not
ready for use.
• The battery has overheated.
4 LEDs blink, the power tool is not
ready for use.
• The power tool is overloaded or
has overheated.
Note
Indication of the charge status is not possible while the power tool is
in operation or immediately after operation. If the battery charge status
LEDs flash, please refer to the information given in the Troubleshooting
section.

Charging the battery
Note
Make sure that the outer surfaces of the battery are clean and
dry before inserting the battery in an approved battery charger.
Read the operating instructions for the charger for further infor-
mation about the charging procedure.
