5.5 Configuring Command Triggered Recording and
Capture
Before you start
Connect the device to the ATM machine properly.
Purpose
When some transaction behaviors, such as Card In, Withdrawal, Query, etc., occur on the ATM
machine, the recording/capture process will be triggered.
Step 1 Enter the ATM Settings interface.
Menu > Configuration > ATM

Step 2 Select the ATM from the drop-down list and check the checkbox of Enable ATM.
Step 3 Select the input mode and configure the protocol settings. For details, see Chapter 10 ATM
Settings.
Step 4 Configure the schedule.
Please refer to the step 4 of Chapter 5.2 Configuring Recording and Capture Schedule, while
you need to select Command as the record type.
5.6 Configuring Manual Recording and Continous Capture
Purpose
Follow the steps to set parameters for the manual recording and continuous capture. Using manual
recording and continuous capture, you need to manually cancel the record and capture. The
manual recording and manual continuous capture is prior to the scheduled recording and capture.
Step 1 Enter the Manual Record interface.
Menu > Manual > Record
