Step 7 (Optional) Configure the shield region.
You can configure shield regions to shield the influence of the configured rules towards the
regions. The region easily influenced by light interference can be configured as the shield
region to avoid false alarm. Up to four shield regions can be configured and enabled
together.
1) Select a shield region from Select Shield Region drop-down list.
2) Click Draw Shield Region.
3) Left click the mouse to draw the points of the region on the live view image.
4) Click Close and the system will close the region automatically.
5) (Optional) Click Clear Prev. Point to clear the previous motion of drawing.
6) Click Apply to save the settings.
Step 8 Select a rule and click to configure the rule.
1) Edit Name.
2) Select Type. Human Entrance, Operation Timeout, Sticking Scrip, and Installing Scanner
are selectable.
3) Configure Duration, Sensitivity, and Alarm Duration according to the selected type.
Duration: It will alarm if the selected rule type continues for the configured duration.
For Operation Timeout, it ranges from 4 to 6000 seconds. For Sticking Scrip and
Installing Scanner, it ranges from 4 to 60 seconds.
Alarm Duration: It refers to the duration of alarm after the selected type is triggered.
