What to do next
• Select pictures and click Copy to to copy the uploaded pictures of the current library to other
library.
• Select a picture and click Edit to modify the picture
informaon.

Select a picture from the list and click Delete to delete the picture.
• Select a library and click Export Face Picture Library to export library to backup device.
• Click
or to view by gure or list.
6.6 Perimeter Protecon
For certain models of iDS series. Go to Smart Analysis → Smart Analysis → Engine Conguraon .
Congure at least one engine usage as Perimeter Protecon. Refer to Engine Conguraon for
details.
6.6.1 Line Crossing
Detecon
Line crossing detecon detects people, vehicles, and objects crossing a set virtual line. The
detecon direcon can be set as bidireconal, from le to right or from right to le.
Steps
1. Go to System → Event → Smart Event .
2. Click Line Crossing.

3. Select a camera.
4. Check Enable Line Crossing
Detecon.
5. Oponal: Check Save VCA Picture to save the captured pictures of line crossing detecon.
6. Set the line crossing detecon rules and detecon areas.
