2. Select a scene to start configuration.
3. Set detection scene.
1) Edit Scene Name.
2) Select Scene Direction as demand. Scene direction stands for the direction of traffic
flow.
3) Check Enable to activate the scene.
4. Draw illegal parking area.
1) Click Lock to avoid accidental PTZ changing during configuration.
2) Adjust PTZ to obtain the target scene.
3) Click Draw Area on Illegal Parking Area to draw detection area (up to 10 sides for one
area) with mouse on live image.
Notes:
Repeat to draw other areas on the same scene is needed.
To delete a drawn area, select the area and click Delete Area.
To delete all drawn areas, click Clear All.
5. Select detection mode as Enforcement, and click Illegal Parking Detection.
6. Check Enable in Illegal Parking Detection.
7. (Optional) Check Illegal Parking License Plate Recognition if license plate recognition is
required.
8. Set other parameters for the function.
Amount of Picture: Set the captured picture number for each illegal parking incident.
Parking Tolerance: Parking within the set tolerance does not trigger capture.
Description: Set the capture interval and picture type for the captured pictures.
9. Click Advanced to set the sensitivity of triggering capture. Higher sensitivity means easier to
trigger the detection.
10. Click Save.
11. Set arming schedule.
1) Go to Configuration > ITS > Common Settings > Speed Dome Arming Schedule.
2) Check Enable to enable the function.
3) Set arming time of each day by dragging the mouse on time bar.
4) Click on the blue time bar, and click Configuration to set patrol sequence and dwell time
on each scene. To copy the setting of a day to other days, click and select desired
days.
5) Click Save.
Set Alarm Output Linkage
Alarm of illegal parking can be sent to external devices after rules settings.
Steps:
1. Go to Configuration > ITS > Advanced Configuration > Alarm Output Linkage
2. Check desired alarm output to send alarm signal to external devices.
3. Click Save.
Note:
You have to set up Alarm Output in Configuration > Event >Basic Event to use the function.
