Surveillance are specially designed for video
surveillance recording with a Class 10 read/write
speed. They adopt MLC NAND, fully satisfying the
requirements of high read-write speed, stability,
and durability for video surveillance; service life
can be increased to about 10 times longer than
that of common microSD cards that adopt TLC
storage NAND in the same operating environment.
The S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring Analysis and
Reporting Technology) feature provides unique
functions such as life forewarning and health
monitoring when used with Hikvision cameras. It
can calculate the remaining available time based
on the past records of use frequency and the
number of bad blocks, and realize real-time
warning to secure user data to the largest extent.
A read-write lock when used with Hikvision
cameras prevents unauthorized personnel from
reading from, or writing to, the microSD card even
if they gain possession.
A special Hikvision storage algorithm offers longer
service life if used with Hikvision cameras.
The devices are also water-, shock-, X-ray-, and
temperature-resistant to perform normally in
various harsh environments.
