Chapter 4 Basic Operaon
4.1 3G/4G Dialing
Before You Start
Install SIM card and 3G/4G antenna.
Steps
1. Go to Conguraon → Network → Basic Sengs → 3G/4G .
2. Check Enable.
3. Click Dial Parameters.
4. Click Save and reboot the device to
acvate the new sengs.
5. Oponal: Click Wireless Dial-up Status to view dialing status.
4.2 Mobile Surveillance
Plaorm Connecon
The device can be remotely accessed via mobile surveillance plaorm.
Before You Start
Create the device ID on the mobile surveillance
plaorm.
Steps
Note
• Refer to
plaorm user manual for details of plaorm conguraon.
• If your device and mobile surveillance plaorm are not in the same network segment, the
network priority of 3G/4G network is higher than Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi priority is higher than wired
network.
1. Go to Conguraon → Network → Advanced Sengs → Plaorm Access .
2. Check Enable.
3. Select
Plaorm Access Mode as Ehome Plaorm.
4. Congure the following parameters.
Server Address Type
IP Address and Domain Name are selectable.
Server Address
Enter the
stac IP address of iVMS server.
Server Port
The default value for mobile surveillance plaorm is 7660.
