Note
The client will
automacally calculate the previous day's aendance data at 1:00 am on the
next day.
Keep the client running at 1:00 am or it cannot calculate the previous day's aendance data
automacally. If not calculated automacally, you can calculate the aendance data manually.
For details, refer to Manually Calculate
Aendance Data .
Perform the following steps to searching and the view card swiping log.
Steps
1. Enter the Time and aendance module.
2. Click Aendance Stascs → Card Swiping Log to enter the Card Swiping Log page.

Congure the search condions, including the employee department, employee name, or
aendance date.

Oponal: Click Reset to reset all search condions.
5. Click Search.
The search result lists on this page.
You can view the result details, including the employee No., employee name, department,
me,
authencaon mode, and card No.

Oponal: Aer searching and view the card swiping log, perform one of the following
operaons.
Report
Generate the aendance report.
Export Export the results to the local PC.
Generate Aendance Report
Aer the aendance data is calculated, you can generate reports which show the aendance
status of the employees in the specic me period.
Generate Instant Report
It supports to generate the a series of aendance reports manually to view the employees'
aendance results.
Before You Start
Calculate the aendance data.
Note
You can calculate the aendance data manually, or set the schedule so that the client can calculate
the data automacally every day. For details, refer to Calculate Aendance Data .
