2. Click Advanced
Sengs → Basic Sengs to enter the Basic Sengs page.
3. Set the start day of each week and the start date of each month from the drop-down list.
4. Set the non-work day
sengs.
Set as Non-Work Day
Check the checkboxes to set the dates as non-work days.
Set Non-Work Day's Color in Report
Select the color from the Select Color window. The non-work days in the report will mark as
the
congured color.
Set Non-Work Day's Mark in Report
Input the mark and the non-work day eld in the report will display with the mark.
5. Set the authencaon type, which means the client will calculate the aendance data recorded
based on the selected authencaon type.
6. Click Save.
Congure
Aendance Rule
You can congure the aendance rule for all shis before seng shi. You can congure the rule
for
aendance/absence, check-in/out, and overme.
Perform the following steps to congure the aendance rule.

The parameters congured here will be set as default for the newly added me period. It will not
aect the existed one(s).
1. Enter Time and Aendance module.
2. Click Advanced Sengs Aendance Rule Sengs to enter the Aendance Rule Sengs
page.
3. Set rule parameters, including
aendance/absence parameters, check-in/out parameters, and
overme parameters.
4.
Oponal: Check Non-scheduled Work Day and set the overme rule for non-work day.
5. Click Save.
Congure
Aendance Check Point
You can set the card reader(s) of the access control point as the aendance check point, so that
the card swiping on the card reader(s) will be valid for aendance.
Before You Start
You should add access control device before conguring aendance check point. For details, refer
to Add Device .
