5. Select the camera to setup Video Quality Diagnosis configuration in using the camera dropdown
list.
6. Check the Enable Video Quality Diagnosis check box to enable this function.
7. Click the Handing button to set the alarming schedule and linkage action.
8. Configure Diagnosis Mode settings, including:
Blurred Image: the blurredness of image.
Abnormal Brightness: the brightness of the image.
Color Cast: the color cast of image.
9. If you want to reset the default settings of threshold, click Default to set a default threshold
value to each kind of diagnosis mode.
10. If the same configurations can be applied to other channels, click Copy to copy the settings to
other channels.
11. Select the Apply button to save these settings and select to return to the previous menu.
Selecting without clicking Apply will quit out of the menu without saving settings.
Configuring VCA
VCA settings can be enabled on any of the channels on your DVR to detect VCA events. If the VCA
related events happen, this function will alarm to users.
Note: this function can be only enabled by VCA-supported cameras.
To configure VCA settings:
1. Enter the Video Loss menu, shown in Figure 125 by going to Menu > Cameras Setup > VCA.
