Once selected the filter, click Up and Down to move the filter up and down in the list. The
upper the filter, the higher the priority this filter has. If a POS event matches some filters, it
will be labeled by the filter name which is listed on the top.
Note: In More tab, check the box ‘Trigger Email’ enable DVR to send a notifying email to
designated email address, when a POS event matching this filter happens.

f. For the AVE protocol, click Set to configure AVE settings as follows.
1) Protocol: Click to select the AVE protocol from the drop-down list.
2) Address: The Address should be exactly the same as the Address of POS terminals
3) Timeout: Click to set the Timeout period. Click to set the Timeout period. When a message
is delivered in abnormal status and can’t be ended, the message will be forced to terminate over
the timeout period.
